This role involves providing training and support to participants in a gardening program, helping them develop skills and confidence.
About the RoleYou will work closely with participants to guide them in their roles and keep them on task, utilizing your passion for training and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities- Providing one-on-one training and guidance to participants
- Assisting participants in developing skills and confidence in gardening and related areas
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure participant success
- Degree in horticulture or related field
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
