Program Role Summary

The BPT Educational Officer plays a pivotal role in facilitating the success of the Basic Physician Training program at a major health facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and tracking rotations, progression, training requirements, and amendment forms
  • Overseeing mandatory training and ALS training
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for trainee wellbeing, RACP training requirements
  • Providing support in recruitment and selection processes for BPTs
  • Assisting in roster development and coordination to meet training needs
