">Job Description

We are seeking a trademark specialist with demonstrable experience in trademark prosecution. The ideal candidate will have strong academic records, solid legal skills, and a practical mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for filing and prosecuting Australian and international trademarks, advising on rebranding and clearance, drafting and negotiating consents and co-existence agreements, and providing support on trademark and domain name disputes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications and skills are required for this position:
Admitted Lawyer in Australia or New Zealand, 2+ years of demonstrable experience in trademark prosecution, strong academic record, proactive approach, ability to work to tight timeframes collaboratively and at times autonomously, excellent communication skills, and collegiality within a team.

Our IP team is a tight-knit group with extensive experience. We collaborate closely for over a decade, advising clients on all areas of trademark portfolio management to protect their brands and rights.
