Employee Relations Specialist

The Workplace Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the development and execution of employment and industrial relations strategy. Key responsibilities include leading employee relations projects, conducting thorough reviews to implement changes aligned with legislation and industry best practices.
This position involves overseeing the enhancement and upkeep of crucial workplace relations frameworks and governance, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management. Additionally, you will navigate complex conduct and other workplace relations cases adeptly.
You will provide valuable support to People Business Partnering teams, assisting in the effective management of their respective workplace relations cases, including Employee Relations Projects, Workplace Relations Governance, and Complex Case Management and Support.
About You
To be successful as the Workplace Relations Manager, you will have extensive experience within an Employee Relations or Employment Law role. Key qualifications include a Tertiary qualification/s in Human Resources and/or Employment Law.
You will also possess highly effective collaboration skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills, ability to provide coaching to team members, great communication skills, and people-centred advice and guidance on complex issues.
