Field Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Field Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of rental properties, preparing detailed entry and exit condition reports, and managing scheduling tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports documenting the condition of properties.
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and other essential activities to maximize efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to facilitate access and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support administrative duties to enhance team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Real Estate Certificate and a genuine passion for the industry.
  • Previous experience in real estate is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Be proficient in relevant scheduling software and other tech tools.
  • Show self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
