Resourcing and Compliance Specialist

Job Title: Resourcing and Compliance OfficerWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our South West team as a Resourcing and Compliance Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the candidate pipeline, effectively headhunting for candidates, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the candidate pipeline and develop new and existing candidate attraction strategies
- Effectively headhunt for candidates via online databases and job boards
- Collaborate with the wider partnership team to develop new candidate attraction strategies
- Provide an excellent candidate care journey to all candidates
- Guide candidates through the full registration process and ensure they are fully vetted and compliant
- Some experience working in a resourcing or compliance role
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to network and devise new resourcing strategies
- Motivation and drive to succeed and grow with the company
- Excellent culture and ethos
