Operational Excellence Leader

The position involves leading the development of operational excellence initiatives and programs to drive continuous improvement within an organization.

Key responsibilities include mobilizing and leading large-scale programs, collaborating with technology teams to leverage digital solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional services.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, along with demonstrated senior leadership experience and proven expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, and Lean 6Sigma methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a track record of delivering target benefits are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field;
  • Demonstrated years of senior leadership experience;
  • Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role;
  • Lean 6Sigma MBB or BB certification;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;
