The role of Comprehensive Mental Health Care Specialist is a vital component of our team's structure, where professionals work with mental health consumers in crisis situations. Key Responsibilities

We are looking for highly skilled professionals who can work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions. The successful candidates will have experience in working with individuals who have acute mental illnesses or disorders, as well as problems associated with significant drug and alcohol use.

  • The role involves telephone triage and community-based assessment and risk management of consumers with mental health concerns.
  • The position requires the ability to work as part of a 24-hour seven (7) day a week rotating roster.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment. Strong assessment and intervention skills, along with experience in working with individuals with complex mental health needs, are essential for this role.

A minimum of two years' experience in a similar mental health care setting is required, with a strong focus on providing high-quality patient-centered care.
