Customer Service Representative
">This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay.
">You will be responsible for processing guest check-ins/outs, verifying identities, securing payments, and assigning rooms using our proprietary OPERA system.
">Your excellent communication skills and warm demeanor will enable you to respond to questions, concerns, and requests from our guests in a prompt and professional manner.
">In addition, you will engage with guests to build rapport and provide personalized service, making them feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
">As part of our team, you will also be required to log and follow up on guest requests, calls, and service issues, liaising with relevant teams to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise.
">Apart from providing exceptional customer service, you will also have the opportunity to support Marriott Bonvoy enrollments and make our guests feel part of the Marriott International family.
">To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering world-class customer service.
