Job Description:

As Room Reservations Representative you are responsible for assisting guests with reservation enquiries and maximizing the spend of anticipated guests prior to arrival.

Provide an unparalleled experience for our guests at every touchpoint.

Take the time to listen to our guests and make them feel heard, fascinated by people, curious, and a story spotter.

Deliver professional and personalized service to all hotel guests, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

To be successful in this sought-after position, you will have excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, proven experience within a quality establishment, and above all else, pride yourself on your ability to exceed both the guest expectations and hotel standards.

Requirements:

- 12 months experience in Rooms Reservations or Operator role is advantageous

- Highly organized and able to effectively manage priorities

- Initiate contact and establish rapport easily

- Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills

- Handle tasks carefully and correctly

- Good team player; contribute to and assist co-workers
