As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in helping us build a high-performing, engaged workforce. You will partner closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- ">
- 3–5 years' experience in HR administration, coordination, or generalist support.
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or similar blue-collar environments highly regarded.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as HiBob, Docusign, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with confident stakeholder engagement.
- Comfortable working with change, ambiguity, and digital tools (e.g. OneDrive, JotForm, SharePoint).
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- A formal qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
