We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Marketing team, who drive marketing outcomes for realestate.com.au, realcommercial.com.au, Mortgage Choice, Flatmates, and Property.com.au brands. As part of the Audience & Marketing function within the Product & Audience group led by Melina Cruickshank, this role will be responsible for the marketing strategy and delivery of marketing activity for the mentioned brands, aligning with brand and business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to developing the marketing strategy and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
- Maintain accountability for timely delivery and dispatch of campaign assets against media deadlines, covering TV, Outdoor, Radio, Digital Audio, Digital Video, Display, and Print.
- Brief external agencies and internal teams on required assets and ensure necessary approvals from stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Product, and Customer.
- Serve as the primary contact within Consumer Marketing for the Customer Marketing team, supporting consumer-facing activities as needed.
- Act as a key marketing point of contact for Product teams, ensuring marketing plans and activities accurately represent the latest product value for realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au.
- Lead the development and execution of realcommercial.com.au brand activities across all channels, including end-to-end campaign management, from planning to evaluation, working with internal teams on media plan development.
- Be accountable for realcommercial.com.au audience outcomes and deliver monthly and quarterly reports, collaborating with internal digital marketing specialists.
- Manage third-party supplier administration, including CAFs, setting up new vendors, and legal approvals for marketing claims and collateral.
- Function as the central liaison for internal communications and corporate requirements, including internal marketing assets.
- Oversee financial processes, such as raising and receipting purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining an accurate marketing budget tracker.
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
