Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process scripts following streamlined procedures.
  • Support staff and managers with inquiries regarding order validity and formulas.
  • Thoroughly review each order before progression.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacists to ensure orders are suitable for species, within recommended dose ranges, and compliant with current legislative requirements.
  • Communicate with customers, answer queries, and provide updates on delays.
Requirements
  • A strong commitment to helping animals is essential.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
  • Experience in the Veterinary industry is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in Pharmacy is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new concepts.
