  • Proven experience in delivering end-to-end change across medium to complex projects, encompassing people, process, and technology transformations within diverse environments such as corporate, hospitality, call centres, retail, and automotive services.
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving abilities, context switching, and prioritisation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of tools, techniques, and methodologies used for change management.
  • Prosci Change Management certification, People Centred Implementation (PCI), tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in change management.
