ManpowerGroup Australia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisational Development Officer to join our team.

About the Role

The Training Implementation Officer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of staff at all levels.

  • You will work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Your expertise in adult learning and organisational development will ensure that training programs are engaging, relevant and effective.
  • You will coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and courses, using a variety of methods including e-learning, instructor-led sessions and blended learning approaches.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead Train-the-Trainer sessions, equip subject matter experts to train other staff and monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

You will work closely with the change management team to ensure that training supports a smooth transition to OneCouncil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop structured training approaches that align with organisational objectives.
  • Apply the ADDIE model framework to plan, design, deliver and review training programs.
  • Create engaging and relevant training content incorporating best practices in adult learning and organisational development.
  • Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to assess training needs and tailor learning solutions.
  • Ensure training delivery aligns with organisational learning and change management practices.
  • Act as a key contact for employees and leaders seeking training support for OneCouncil.
