In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure clear and timely decisions are made, enabling work to proceed at pace. You will be responsible for leading project teams to manage all aspects of project delivery in large scale transformation initiatives.
- Leading the delivery and day-to-day management of medium to large Organisation Design, Operating Model or People M&A projects or streams of work
- Ensuring effective stakeholder relationships and communication channels to resolve issues and remove barriers to success
- Improving our Organisation Design, Operating Model and/or People M&A frameworks, methodologies, processes, and toolkits
The ideal candidate will have experience in Organisation Design, Strategy, Operating Model, and/or People M&A subject matter, as well as proficiency in stakeholder management and leading large streams of work and/or projects. Experience in complex project and program management, supporting capability uplift of project teams, and working in the financial services industry is preferred.
