Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery BIM/VDC Specialist to join our Digital Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting engineering project teams throughout North America on proposals and planning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Business Stakeholders

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.

Support WIN Pursuits

Collaborate with project teams to develop digital delivery strategies that meet the needs of each project, and support the selection and adoption of preferred tools and techniques.

Lead Digital Delivery Architecture

Develop and implement best-in-class digital delivery architectures for projects, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of stakeholders.

Develop Supporting Documentation

Create high-quality documentation and guidance that can be applied to help pursuits in a standardized way, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.

Establish KPIs and Report Results

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital services on win/lose outcomes for projects, and report results to stakeholders.

Implement Process Improvements

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the support approach, ensuring that it remains effective and efficient.

Travel as Needed

Travel to job sites as required to support project teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline is required, with a strong eagerness to work on the technology planning side of project delivery.

Minimum 5 Years of Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in AEC project delivery is required, with a strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications.

Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.

Knowledge of Software and Data Management Systems

Knowledge of software such as Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and others, as well as data management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePoint, and Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform (ACC), is required.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Products

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products is essential, with a strong understanding of their applications and benefits.

Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.

Demonstrated Ability to Work Independently

A demonstrated ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and self-prioritize workload accordingly is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience Creating 3D Models and Documentation

Experience creating 3D (BIM) models and documentation is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of their applications and benefits.

Experience with Virtual Design & Construction

Experience with Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of its applications and benefits.

Experience with File Sharing Interoperability

Experience with file sharing interoperability between digital environments is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of its applications and benefits.
