Job Responsibilities

  • Develop supporting documentation and guidance to standardize digital delivery approaches and improve efficiency.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital services on win/lose outcomes for projects.
  • Report KPI results and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance the support approach and drive business growth.
  • Travel as needed to support project sites and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline with a strong interest in technology planning and digital delivery.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEC project delivery, with a focus on digital transformation and BIM/VDC.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and others, as well as data management systems like Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePoint, and Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform (ACC).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating 3D (BIM) models and documentation, with a strong understanding of BIM/VDC principles and best practices.
  • Experience with virtual design and construction, including file sharing interoperability between digital environments.
