About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team at Cllogistics. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our construction projects, utilizing your expertise in 3D and 4D modelling software to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM processes and procedures to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality graphical and non-graphical information, including 3D models and data.
• Implement and manage the Project Information Model, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information throughout the construction stages.
• Develop and maintain digital processes and culture to support project delivery, including the use of digital tools and technologies.
• Research and implement new ways of working to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality, sustainability, and safety.
• Coordinate digital information between project participants, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of graphical and non-graphical information.
• Support the project team in the delivery of graphical, non-graphical, and document information as an information author.
• Provide training and support to project team members and supply chain partners on the use and development of the Project Information Model.

Requirements

• Proven experience in BIM coordination, with a strong understanding of 3D and 4D modelling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project stakeholders.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in IT and numeracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Primary software skills in model authoring, with experience in Bentley, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Experience with Synchro Software or equivalent.
• Understanding of COBie requirements and PAS1192-4 standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
