Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce
    • Develop and execute a digital strategy to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversion on our e-commerce platform.
    • Work closely with our global team to achieve budgeted sales targets and increase traffic, conversion, and average transaction value (ATV) for our online channel.
  • Social Media
    • Align with global social content calendars and execution strategies.
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar for our Oceania region.
    • Schedule and execute content on all our social channels.
    • Work with our customer service team to manage customer and follower inquiries across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with our e-commerce team to integrate social content on our e-commerce site.
    • Identify and connect with social media influencers.
  • Digital Media
    • Work with our client's manager and global marketing team to develop a seasonal digital activity calendar.
    • Stay up-to-date on global content and timelines, and align local activity to ensure consistency.
    • Create proposals in line with global templates and execute campaigns to brand standard.
    • Liaise with our client's agency regarding digital campaigns, audiences, and refinement of campaigns to ensure all activity is within budget.
    • Make recommendations to increase digital media performance and drive conversion results on our owned e-commerce platform.
  • Email Marketing
    • Work closely with our client's marketing team and manager on EDM campaigns and concepts.
    • Grow, develop, and maintain our customer database in line with our brand communication strategy.
    • Brief content specialists and graphic designers on EDM concepts as required.
    • Execute EDMs for our e-commerce and retail channels to required timelines.
    • Make data-driven decisions and propose best practices or efficiencies to improve.
    • Copywriting and campaign reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in marketing, ideally within a prestige or luxury brand (retail).
  • Proven social media management experience, especially relating to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Demonstrable experience planning and managing projects from execution to delivery.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and budget management.
  • Degree qualified in a marketing, business, or related field, ideally with a focus on marketing or communications.
  • Excellent communication, collaborative, and presentation skills, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills, ability to remain agile and strategic within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
