Business Reform Executive

The Workforce Development and Integrity Division plays a critical role in building a capable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce. This supports the delivery of safe, trusted services for the community.
About the RoleThis role involves shaping and delivering workforce reform across the Department of Human Services. It requires driving organisational change, strengthening workforce capability, and embedding new ways of working that support a high-performing and values-driven culture.
- Designing and implementing workforce change management strategies to support complex reform initiatives with a focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and readiness planning.
- Advising governance committees on strategic direction, implementation, and evaluation of workforce change to ensure alignment with departmental goals and legislative obligations.
- Managing the human impacts of change, supporting staff through transition, building workforce resilience, and driving cultural improvement.
- National Police Check required
- Expertise in HR, industrial relations or public sector workforce policy is essential.
Key qualifications include strong experience in workforce transformation, HR strategy, and/or organisational change. The successful candidate will have proven capability in leading teams, coaching stakeholders, and influencing executive leaders.
