Job Title: Project Officer - Change Strategy
">About This Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on early childhood reform in South Australia. As a Project Officer - Change Strategy, you will be instrumental in the development, coordination, and implementation of key project and change management processes that support early childhood reforms across South Australia.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Coordinating project resources such as project plans, tracking tools, and risk registers.
- Supporting the development of change artefacts, including change strategies and monitoring reports.
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement by developing plans and materials to support Local Teams.
- Conducting data analysis and presenting insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Drafting high-quality written communications such as reports, newsletters, and presentations for external stakeholders.
- Contributing to continuous improvements in project tools and practices, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
Key Skills And Qualifications
">To thrive in this role, you will bring the following key skills and experience:
">- Project Planning And Coordination: Solid experience in planning, coordinating, and supporting projects, with a strong ability to manage and administer project tools and systems.
- Change Management: Knowledge of change management principles and the ability to support the development of change plans and reports.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Skilled at interpreting and presenting data and including data within reports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent at contributing to the development of high-quality written materials, including data-driven reports, change management documents, and project plans.
- Autonomy & Organization: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn and adapt to new systems or programs.
Desirable Qualifications
">A relevant degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field would be advantageous.
