About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Operations Coordinator to join our team at Stockland Halcyon. As a key member of our Community Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance and coordination of our community operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate community compliance matters across the LLC division, ensuring adherence to state-based manufactured homes legislation, site agreements, masterplan guidelines, community living guidelines, and other relevant legislative bodies.
  • Ensure all licenses and permits are current and well-documented, including food business licenses, restricted liquor permits, and food safety supervisor certification.
  • Support the team in updating and publishing compliance-related documentation, such as food safety programs, emergency management plans, evacuation site plans, and master plan guidelines templates.
  • Ensure activities undertaken within the communities follow WHS legislative requirements.
  • Assist in organizing training requirements for community teams in relation to compliance-based requirements, including emergency training exercises and food safety supervisor training.
  • Maintain comprehensive registers and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Assist with the raising of purchase orders and invoice management.
  • Assist in implementing workflow programs and database systems.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Community Operations team as required.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a background in property management/leasing or a related industry. You will have a proven ability to support roles encompassing workplace health and safety matters, as well as strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and act efficiently to achieve results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized, effective time management, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient across MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Able to create and edit detailed plans and documents.
