Chief Water Infrastructure Specialist

This role is key to delivering a comprehensive planning, design, construction, and commissioning service for water, wastewater, and recycled water networks.
- Project Managers will manage the delivery of feasibility and detailed design projects on time within budget and to quality standards.
- Lead and participate in risk assessment and safety in design processes.
- Undertake options analysis and develop recommended solutions.
- Coordinate and deliver all aspects of design including investigations, drawings, construction, and commissioning support.
- Conduct technical and quality reviews of deliverables.
- Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Report on project performance and proactively address risks and issues.
- Promote a collaborative value-for-money and safety-first culture.
- Mentor and coach team members to support capability development.
- Prepare calculations and modelling to support design development.
- Support site investigations, commissioning, and validation of as-constructed works.
- Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
