High-Performance Water Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking a Senior Water Infrastructure Manager to lead and deliver infrastructure services across planning, design, construction, and commissioning for water, wastewater, and recycled water network and treatment assets.
This integrated, multi-disciplinary team delivers project outcomes that meet quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage feasibility and detailed design projects on time and within budget
- Lead and participate in POAR and Safety in Design processes
- Undertake options analysis and develop recommended solutions
About the role:
- Conduct technical reviews of deliverables
- Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, and resource forecasts
- Report on project performance and address risks and issues proactively
- Promote a collaborative and safety-first culture
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil preferred)
- CPEng and RPEQ preferred
- Project management training preferred
- 5 to 15 years' experience with water/wastewater infrastructure
