  • Preparing and evaluating pro forma financial information

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a transaction due diligence role within a consulting environment
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, or international equivalent
