Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial due diligence projects to assess risks and business strengths
  • Analyse financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management
  • Prepare deal-focused reports and presentations, highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements
  • Manage client relationships, meetings, and execution matters
  • Collaborate with Managing Directors/Senior Directors to address engagement and transaction risks with creative solutions
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment
  • CPA or CA qualified
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with data analytics and visualisation software also preferred
  • Willingness to travel within Australia (where practical and possible)
  • Driven to succeed, take initiative, and have positive interpersonal and communication skills that fit into our culture
