The Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to join our Sydney or Melbourne transaction diligence team in financial services.

You will work with clients across various sectors, from entrepreneur-led businesses to large global enterprises, analyzing financial and commercial data to add value and identify key drivers.

We have a dedicated financial services office that focuses on transaction advice specific to the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyze financial results through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
  • Project manage teams, information flows, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Evaluate pro forma financial information and identify issues impacting purchase price and deal structuring.
  • Write up findings and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Share technical knowledge with your team.
  • Contribute to business plan initiatives and new business opportunities by building client relationships.
