DescriptionRole: Executive (Consultant/ Analyst) & Assistant Manager, Transaction Services/ Financial Due Diligence – Expression of Interest.
Role level: Mid-Senior level, Full-time
Salary: $80,350 - $93,750 + Super
Responsibilities- Engage in due diligence engagements for business acquisitions or disposals, collaborating with private equity investors and strategic corporate buyers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational performance by examining accounting records and engaging with management teams.
- Develop and assess pro forma financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Uncover critical factors influencing purchase price and deal structuring to optimise transaction outcomes.
- Deliver insightful findings and actionable recommendations through comprehensive analysis.
- Experience in a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) role, with a background in a Big 4 environment.
- CPA or CA qualification.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience in data analytics and visualization software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Australia where practical.
