Transaction Services Director Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Services Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of our audit team, responsible for managing commercial transactional financial due diligence projects.

  • The role involves performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence procedures and compiling detailed reports of findings.
  • Assistance is required in drafting accounting-related clauses in SPAs, EBIT normalisation and working capital calculations.
  • Management of multi-jurisdiction teams and coordination with other experts engaged in the project is essential.
  • Pursuing business development activities to grow the transaction services portfolio is a key responsibility.
  • Management of the transaction services team and training and mentoring junior staff is also required.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed CA/CPA qualification.
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably with mid-tier or large firms.
  • Extensive experience performing and managing commercial transactional financial due diligence projects.
  • A strong command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work under pressure and drive commercial outcomes for clients.
