Customer Service Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service professional to join our team at our Elizabeth branch.

This part-time, branch-based role will be the first point of contact for our customers when they visit our branch. Your duties will involve guiding customers towards their financial objectives, referring them to relevant specialists and addressing general banking inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills, customer service experience, an energetic personality and a genuine passion for helping others. You will need to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customers, and be willing to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.

No prior banking experience is necessary. We are committed to your success from day one, with comprehensive training on our banking products and services and a supportive team providing hands-on guidance and resources to help you master everything you need to excel in your new role.
