CGC Recruitment is partnering with a leading specialist contractor to find an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This contractor has a unique position in the market with a secure order book of projects in NSW for the next 2 years, delivering complex infrastructure projects for the Rail, Utility, Tunnels, Road, and Renewable sectors worldwide.
Job Description
The successful candidate will lead a team of construction and engineering professionals to deliver a complex scope of works including pipeline construction, subcontractor management, and complex excavation. Key responsibilities include developing and controlling budgets, reporting project progress, technical and delivery strategies, risk management, project schedules, deliverables, and commercial and procurement arrangements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a career-driven individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Structure experience is preferred, and candidates must have worked for a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 contractor. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be a clear and confident communicator, and demonstrate stability in their CV.
Benefits

Estimated Salary: $120-$150 per hour (dependent on experience) - Full-time salary equivalent approximately $220,000-$280,000 per annum.
