Job Description

The successful candidate will lead a team of construction and engineering professionals to deliver a complex scope of works including pipeline construction, subcontractor management, and complex excavation. Key responsibilities include developing and controlling budgets, reporting project progress, technical and delivery strategies, risk management, project schedules, deliverables, and commercial and procurement arrangements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a career-driven individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Structure experience is preferred, and candidates must have worked for a Tier 1 or large Tier 2 contractor. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be a clear and confident communicator, and demonstrate stability in their CV.

 

Benefits

This long-term permanent role offers the opportunity to work in a subcontractor environment with full autonomy. As a member of our client's team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to deliver complex infrastructure projects.

 

Estimated Salary: $120-$150 per hour (dependent on experience) - Full-time salary equivalent approximately $220,000-$280,000 per annum.
