We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Administration professional to facilitate seamless operations and maintain exceptional standards within our organisation.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated administrative support to stakeholders, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and upholding a commitment to quality assurance.
This is a full-time opportunity with a rostered day off each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to stakeholders
- Ensuring efficient execution of administrative tasks
- Maintaining a commitment to quality assurance
- Leading and supporting administration and reception staff
- Fostering a positive and high-performing culture
Requirements:
- Qualifications in administration or relevant training and experience
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Sound working knowledge of MBS, including processes related to item claims and billing
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to manage multiple projects
