We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in administration within an accounting firm and will possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing client invoices, emails, reports and documents.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders, addressing queries and managing client information.
- Manage diaries and travel arrangements.
- Maintain client records and coordinate mail services.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Assist in coordinating team workflow to meet deadlines.
- Update internal procedures, records and templates.
