  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department to develop and implement WHS strategies aligned with the business objectives.
  • Assist in planning and executing WHS initiatives across the organisation.
  • Participate in WHS audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse and evaluate risks to the organisation and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on WHS matters.
  • Contribute to risk management and hazard identification processes.
  • Investigate incidents, injuries, and hazards, and implement control measures.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in WHS auditing, risk management, incident investigation, and reporting.
  • Effective communication and consultation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation and regulations.
  • Able to develop and implement WHS programs for business improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, HR, Risk Management, or similar fields.
