Manager – Health, Safety and EnvironmentLocation: Gold CoastKinetic is Australia and New Zealand's biggest bus network.
Every day we move people and enhance communities — and we're proud to be recognised as an employer of choice.We're looking for a Manager – Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to partner with our Regional Leadership Team and bring our enterprise-wide HSE initiatives to life at a local level.
This role is central to supporting our strong safety culture, guiding leaders, and ensuring compliance with national and international standards.Key responsibilities:Provide expert advice on HSE matters to leaders across the regionDeliver cyclical health, safety and environment activities to minimise incidents and injuriesLead and support the integration of safety, health and wellbeing change initiativesMonitor and report on trends, making recommendations for continuous improvementFoster a culture of safety and wellbeing aligned with Kinetic's valuesEnsure compliance with workplace regulations and relevant international standardsWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety and Environment (or related discipline)Proven track record supporting leaders to manage workplace safetyExperience with quality management systems (AS/NZS4801, ISO14001, ISO9001)Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborateHighly organised with strong attention to detailA pragmatic, results-driven approach with the ability to engage people at all levelsCurrent driver's licence (essential) – with support provided to obtain a bus licence as part of our learning and development programWhy Kinetic?
