Organisational Overview

NSW Land Registry Services operates the NSW land titles registry for the State Government and the people of New South Wales.  The land titles registry underpins the state's secure, efficient and guaranteed system of land ownership.

We define the legal ownership and boundaries of land parcels throughout NSW and sell land information products and services to a range of customers.

The community, business and government rely on this information for a variety of purposes including land management, conveyancing, property development, investment, local planning, state economic and social development and historical research.

About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advice Manager – Plans and Titling to join the NSW Land Registry Service.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high level technical advice in plans and titling to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Managing the engagement, development and performance of a team of specialists.

  • Reviewing and managing workflows to ensure performance against service level agreements and key performance indicators.

  • Leading, developing and/or contributing to the delivery of a range of projects.

  • Driving knowledge capture and dissemination of plans and titling expertise across the broader NSW LRS team.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience in the property or surveying industry interpreting titling and plan regulations and practices, or other relevant experience.

  • Experience managing change and completing projects to delivery.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience leading and managing a team of technical specialists.

  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and management skills.
