We are seeking a talented Business Development professional to join our Mortgage lending team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Mortgage Managers, identifying new business opportunities and driving loan volume growth.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the mortgage lending space, with a strong understanding of credit, loan structures and mortgage distribution. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and grow relationships with Mortgage Managers
- Drive loan volume growth through proactive BDM activities
- Presents tailored product solutions to Third Party Channel clients
- Collaborates closely with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represents the company at industry events and networking opportunities

- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager within the mortgage lending space
- Strong understanding of credit, loan structures and mortgage distribution
- Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
