Water Management Leadership Opportunity

A key leadership role exists for an Operations Manager to lead water teams in NSW. The Operations Manager will oversee the overall leadership, performance and safety of municipal and industrial water contracts across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams across a diverse range of operational water facilities.
  • Drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage contracts, including project management and risk assessment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximise business opportunities.
  • Develop and foster inclusive, innovative and high-performing teams.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Water or wastewater experience preferred.
  • Strong strategic, financial and project management skills.
