Key Responsibilities:

  2. Drive branch performance and operations by exceeding growth targets and maintaining expenses within acceptable limits.">
  3. Support and oversee workflow procedures, leveraging expertise in strata functions and legislative knowledge.">
  4. Lead client engagement and drive growth through exceptional service delivery, collaborating with clients and colleagues on complex building portfolio challenges.">
  5. Cultivate a thriving work environment, inspiring teamwork and coaching staff for professional growth and satisfaction.">
  6. Attract and recruit top talent, motivating them to reach new heights and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the professional services industry, preferably in real estate, financial services, legal, insurance, etc.">
  • 3 years' experience as a strata managing agent is ideal.">
  • Diploma or degree in management or a related field is preferred.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills are essential.">
  • Strong working knowledge of general business operations and human resources procedures.">
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel, at a proficient level is required.">
  • Able to effectively utilize multiple technology systems and software to manage work productively.">
