**Executive Team Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our team, responsible for the day-to-day operations of a professional services branch. As the successful candidate, you will be reporting directly to the Regional General Manager.

About the Role:

  • Lead a committed team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients, driving branch performance and operations by exceeding growth targets and maintaining expenses within acceptable limits.
  • Support and oversee workflow procedures, leveraging expertise in strata functions and legislative knowledge to drive results.
  • Cultivate a thriving work environment, inspiring teamwork and coaching staff for professional growth and satisfaction.
  • Attract and recruit top talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through exceptional service delivery, collaborating with clients and colleagues on complex portfolio challenges.
  • Leverage leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills to drive results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in professional services, preferably in real estate, financial services, legal, or insurance.
  • 3 years' experience as a strata managing agent is ideal.
  • Diploma or degree in management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of general business operations and human resources procedures.
  • Able to effectively utilize multiple technology systems and software to manage work productively.
