Quality Enhancement Professional

We are seeking a dedicated professional to play a pivotal role in enhancing our services and ensuring we provide the best possible care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality enhancement, preferably within a medium to large organisation. You will have a proven track record of providing advice on complaints management and clinical investigations, as well as a high-level understanding of contemporary approaches to quality management in the health and/or aged care industry.

As a Quality Enhancement Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing towards the efficiency and effectiveness of our Residential Aged and Health Care team
  • Collaborating with our wider team to lead and facilitate local implementation of stream-wide quality management strategies, initiatives, and plans
  • Enabling Service Managers to implement effective quality improvement activities, including auditing and complaints and incident management
  • Providing specialist advice at the local level in clinical governance and quality
