Job Overview

The Quality and Clinical Education Consultant will play a key role in ensuring compliance with aged care standards, driving continuous improvement across residential services, and providing expert clinical guidance to enhance care quality.

The ideal candidate will have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, experience in residential aged care, and a proven track record in managing the implementation of a continuous improvement program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with site teams, conducting audits, and contributing to policy development and strategic projects

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel and work flexibly across sites.
