Job Title: Enhanced Community Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced health services manager to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the Enhanced Community Palliative Care and Heart Lung Chronic Care team, as well as contribute to rostering, recruitment, performance management and other HR functions.

The role requires strong organisational, time management and planning skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Rostering and Human Resource Software. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to drive change and implement new systems and processes, while maintaining effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Enhanced Community Palliative Care and Heart Lung Chronic Care team.
  • Assist in rostering, recruitment, performance management and other HR functions as required.
