Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive excellence across our Residential Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance care quality
  • Collaborating with site teams to conduct audits and contribute to policy development

You will also have the opportunity to travel to various locations to provide on-site support and guidance.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Delivery and assessment modules
  • Significant experience in residential aged care
  • Proven expertise and knowledge of accreditation/registration and quality frameworks
