Job Role Summary

  • The Maintenance Team Member will provide support to the Property Manager in ensuring that the College grounds are maintained to a safe standard for daily operations.
  • They will respond promptly to maintenance requests to fulfil staff requirements.
  • They will communicate with the Property Manager any matters affecting school-wide property use or safety concerns.
  • They will support the Property Manager in ensuring the school meets regulatory standards, compliance and insurance requirements.
  • They will support the Principal's vision for the site, including restoring, renovating, removing and establishing facilities/amenities.

About You

  • You have an active Christian faith.
  • You can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You possess trade qualifications and/or a wide skillset relating to facilities & grounds maintenance.
  • A knowledge and experience of the educational facilities sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • You are able to perform physical labour as part of your job role.
  • You have a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
  • You hold a current Employee Working With Children Check.
