Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Ability Action Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing participants' functional levels and providing complex therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity to perform ADLs and IADLs
- Provide complex therapeutic interventions to support participants' goals and outcomes
- Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to ensure high-quality care and support
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive support services
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- A passion for working with vulnerable members of the community
- A desire to share your knowledge and inspire junior clinicians
- The ability to work collaboratively with a large multidisciplinary team
