Role Responsibilities
As a leader in our Occupational Therapy team, you will:
- Evaluate participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical capabilities in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
- Deliver advanced therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Guide and mentor junior clinicians, fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate effectively with a broad multi-disciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable community members.
- A commitment to sharing your expertise and inspiring junior clinicians.
- The ability to work cohesively within a large multi-disciplinary team.
