Front Office Receptionist

Lancemore Mansion Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate front office receptionist to join our team in a casual capacity.

We are looking for someone who is able to deliver exceptional guest experiences during reservations, arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will be able to represent the hotel positively over the phone, email, and in person.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver exceptional guest services
    • Represent the hotel positively
    • Provide recommendations on the hotel and local area
    • Respond to guest feedback, concerns, or complaints appropriately and follow up/report as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with exposure to front office reception and reservations
  • Exceptional guest service skills, problem-solving ability, and accountability
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative skills, quick to learn systems
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and collaborating
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays for at least 6 months
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach

Lancemore Mansion Hotel offers a unique experience for guests, situated on a grand 19th Century estate amongst 10 acres of formal English gardens. We have an award-winning spa, picnic areas, and dine at Joseph's restaurant with farm-to-table cuisine.

Werribee Park is also home to the Historic Chirnside Mansion, Victoria State Rose Garden, Werribee Open Range Zoo, and a riverine area with native wildlife and plants.
