Service Delivery Transformation Specialist

We seek an exceptional professional to spearhead the transformation of our technology services, driving sustained growth and strategic planning for our ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations and post-incident reviews to drive process improvements
  • Lead the delivery of technology services, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve complex service issues and implement preventative measures
  • Drive continuous improvement across service delivery processes and performance metrics
  • Serve as Product Owner for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing its vision, roadmap, and adoption
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and incident/problem/change management
  • Desirable experience as a Product Owner or platform lead for ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
